All classes must be booked in advance to guarantee a space. This is on a first come first served basis. You can only book a week in advance from the day of that class.
Maximum class numbers are 10 due to studio capacity.

Body Conditioning
A class that works the full body to improve the body’s condition. If you are looking to strengthen, tone up, increase your heart rate, and generally get fitter this class is for you.
Core Focus
A class that is designed to build core muscle groups, while improving posture through various exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles- Finishing with 10mins stretch.
Power
A class that is a weight-based workout to help you get lean, toned & fit. A combination of different tempo beats to work the body that little be more!
Stretch & Mobility
A low impact class for flexibility and mobility to help prevent injury and help everyday movement.
Young @ Heart
A fun class combining low intensity movements, toning and core on a 15min interval.
